MARCH 2010 CLASS INFORMATION

Since we've have such an interest in our classes but have difficulty in scheduling; we at Sacred Mountain Massage have decided to do the following: Each month we put the class schedule out. If you can not make it one month you can try another month as classes are the same. We also offer private classes to those who just can not attend our scheduled classes.

Holistic Health Chat Group (Free)

• The 3rd Thursday of each month we offer a free chat group to those people who are on the Healthy Living Program. Each month we cover a system of the body such as the Respiratory system, Lymphatic system, Digestive system and so on. The second half of the class is dedicated to Q & A time. During the month questions arise that need to be addressed so people can continue on their plan.

Time: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM  (3rd Thursday of each month)

Iridology and Muscle Testing Class

If you are a person who takes charge of your health, this is surely the class for you. You will understand how kinesiology works (muscle testing) how to detect lymph node irritations, stomach disorders,  low blood sugar and acid stomach. We also cover herbs and remedies.

Shopping for Health (body, mind, spirit)

Join us for a comprehensive class in shopping for health. Learn what the food companies don't want you to know. Learn how to read a label. Understand what whole grain means and how you are being tricked by food manufacturers to think you are eating well.

Business Setup & Marketing Class (3 - 4 hours)

• Appling for a business license & Business name 
• How to get a Tax Identification Number (TIN) with the IRS
• How to apply for a Sales tax license if your going to sell retail items & buy wholesale
• Understanding about your taxes and some deductions
• We will show you fresh marketing ideas for your business
• Business Insurance information
• How to protect your identity
• How to start your own web-site

Date: The 1st Saturday of each month   Starting January 2010
Time: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Cost: $115.00
Location: Location to be announced when you register
This class is taught by a certified accountant that has been doing accounting for over 20 years. 

Reiki Classes

Become a Certified Reiki Pactitioner, help others throught hands on healing, increase your income and enjoy the benefits of Reiki. Reiki I & II classes are held the Third weekend of each month, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Classes are held in Morrison at Belleview and Simms area.
For Reiki III (Master)  & Reiki Teacher Classes call for class schedule or appointment.  Private classes are also available.

Cost for these classes are as follows:

• Reiki I $150
• Reiki II $160
• Reiki III (Master) $250
• Reiki Teacher $495
