1 Hour Full Body Massage

This massage session is excellent for those of you who have chronic pain or just need a relaxing, rejuvenating massage. If there are issues with chronic pain we first address those, then finish with a Swedish circulating massage to help the relax and  release toxins.  ($50)

1 Hour Mommy Massage

Mom's have special needs, whether they are pregnant or have little ones; their bodies hold tension and pain in places like the neck, hips, shoulders and upper back. We have designed several massages to accommodate those needs. For those of you who are pregnant we offer some unique positions to accommodate your growing belly and a lighter touch to help the muscles relax. For mommy's who are carrying around children and a bag  full of family goodies we have a wonderful massage to release the tension those over worked muscles carry around . These massages are designed for each women's unique situation. ($50)

1 Hour Reiki Treatment

This is a hands on energy treatment. It will relax rejuvenate & balance you. ($50)

1 Hour Advanced Reiki Treatment

This treatment combines the art of cupping with Reiki to balance the Chakras, release emotional patterns while bringing the mind, body and spirit into balance. This is a very powerful therapy and excellent for those of you who are trying to let go of habits or netagive feelings ($50)

1 Hour 15 Minute Massage

Giving the body time to relax is important. This session is designed for those of you who's muscles take a little extra time relaxing. As the body relaxes more deeply muscles that are tense begin to loosen giving you a better massage session releasing more toxins and giving you a rejuvinated feeling ($65)

1 1/2 Hour Full Body Massage

1 1/2 hour full body massage is designed to loosen up sore muscles, relax and balance your body, mind and spirit   ($75)

1 Hour Rain Drop Therapy

Rain Drop Therapy uses 9 essential oils; developed by Dr. Gary Young this therapy is suppose to help those people with scoliosis (a curvature of the spine) however it has also be reported to work on opening up your sinus, reducing congestion in the chest and head, re leaving symptoms from the cold and flu. If caught in time it has been said to ward off the flu and cold during the winter. ($60)

1 Hour Japanese Facial

The Japanese facial promotes circulation to the entire face by using vigorous motion and acupressure points; it not only stimulates circulation that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and puffiness, it also stimulates the lungs and lymph systems to release toxins so you have a fresh glow. This session uses chemical free products, professional steam machine and hot towels .Your face will glow and you will feel very relaxed. ($55)

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Lymph Drainage therapy is a massage designed to help clean out your lymphatic system. If you are doing a detoxification program or have changed your eating habits and diet you may consider this therapy to help your body rid itself of toxins and other pollutants that cycle through the lymphatic system. This therapy was also designed to help cancer patients clean their systems out of chemo-therapy drugs and help restore health to the body. We also offer Advanced Lymph Drainage this includes draining lungs, liver and facial puffiness.  ($50)

1 Hour CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy was discovered by Dr. John Upledger in 1971 while doing a medical procedure on a spinal cord. CranioSacral Therapy works with the spinal fluid, bones of the spine, head and sacrum (pelvic) areas. It has been proven to release headaches, lower and upper back pain, whiplash pain, help with scoliosis, A.D.D and A.D.H.D and many other ailments. 1 hour session ($50) You can also get a 1 hr. full body massage with 1/2 CranioSacral for ($80) 

45 Minute Vocal Massage

This is a special massage designed by Denise to open up the thoracic area of the body. Using special techniques we work the diaphragm, the muscles of the neck and the intercostals around the ribs to allow for more air to enter the lungs. We also pay close attention to releasing the muscles around the hyoid bone as well. Using a very light touch to the muscles of the neck, we relax the area giving a signer an improved range of singing ability. I have worked with singers and have seen good results.  This massage is also good for serious athletes and asthma sufferers as it does help relax the muscle that can constrict breathing capacity and have a tendency to spasm. 1 hour ($45)   

1 Hour Aroma therapy Massage

Aroma therapy Massage is one of our most popular massages .Relax on a heated table while  listening to melodic music and feeling warm oil applied with your favorite therapeutic essential oil fragrances. ($60)

90 Minute  Full Body Massage with Japanese Facial & Paraffin Dip

This includes a 1 hour full body massage a mini Japanese facial and Paraffin hand dip. This massage is like a mini get away.  ($90)

2 Hour Posture Analysis & Deep Tissue Massage

This session is designed for people who are in chronic pain and have found other therapies aren't working. We chart your posture, gate (walking patterns) and find your weak muscles and strong muscles. From the information assesed in your posture analysis we then begin by massaging and working the muscles that are out of balance, bring them back into balance. These massages are designed to help balance the muscles so they stop pulling on the skeletal system, getting the client out of chronic pain.  ($110)

2 1/2 Hour Stress Buster

Includes, Full body massage, Mini Japanese Facial a Reiki Treatment & Paraffin hand dip. Green tea & fruit served at the end of the treatment. ($155)

3 Hour Massage

Your choice of anything massage componation on the menu for two hours, plus a mini-facial and paraffin hand dip. Regular session includes a 2 hour massage, mini-facial and parafin hand dip ($180)
